Ideal for families, ski groups, or friends traveling together, this spacious retreat is designed for both relaxation and connection in every season. In winter, it serves as a convenient and comfortable home base for skiers and snowboarders, while in summer it’s a peaceful escape often chosen by wedding guests attending nearby celebrations.
Conveniently located just 20–30 minutes from Pico, Killington, and Okemo ski resorts, the home makes early morning powder days and relaxing après-ski evenings effortless. During warmer months, it is only 15 minutes from Lake Bomoseen Lodge and close to local wedding venues. Shopping, dining, and everyday essentials are just 10 minutes away. Guests can take in sweeping Vermont views from the deck or scenic lookout station while children enjoy the on-site playground.
The Space
The main level welcomes you through a spacious mudroom with plenty of room for ski and snowboard gear, boots, and outerwear, making it easy to settle in after a full day on the slopes. The open-concept great room is ideal for entertaining and features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a wet bar and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The living area offers cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a TV, creating a warm and inviting space to gather and unwind.
A second living room on the main level provides abundant natural light, additional seating, and another TV, allowing groups to spread out comfortably. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed, a primary suite with a king bed, gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and spa-style bathroom, as well as an office with a daybed and trundle that sleeps two. An additional full bathroom with a shower completes the main floor.
The second floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, offering a quiet retreat after busy days on the mountain or evenings spent celebrating special occasions.
During the summer months, the outdoor space becomes a true extension of the home. Guests can relax on the outdoor patio with comfortable couches and chairs, gather around the dining table for open-air meals, grill dinner, or unwind by the fire pit as the sun sets over the Vermont landscape. The property also features a natural pond, expansive open space, and beautiful views in every direction, making it just as memorable for summer weddings and warm-weather getaways as it is for ski season escapes. For guest safety, there are two exterior security cameras: one above the garage facing the parking area, and one by the mudroom entrance facing the porch entry.
