Stunning views of Rogers Slide and Cooks Mountain. Private shallow beach and sitting area great for swimming or lounging by the lake. Campfire pit. Short walk to town beach. Five minute drive to the public boat launch. House is fully equipped for up to 17 guests. Bed linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen is well outfitted. Screened porch on lakeside with roomy sitting and dining areas. Upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms with king size beds. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room with three twins and two doubles plus a pull out couch double bed. Three full bathrooms and a half bath. Dual-zone AC. Washer/Dryer. 7 minute drive to downtown Ticonderoga for historic sites, museums, eateries golf, Fort Ticonderoga, shopping, eateries, etc. Rental boats available at local marina.

House accommodate 4 adult couples in our group with 2 couples sharing a bedroom. Rooms are large and well furnished. The screened in porch was our gathering spot from am to late nights. Protected from the bugs and the rain but you were still outside.Kitchen is spacious and slowed good flow for multiple “chefs” in the kitchen.Enjoyed sitting on the dock and soaking up the sun. I didn’t have any issues, but if you have mobility issues the stairs may be challenging.We all said we would rent again.Ticonderoga end of lake is a nice laid back vib.

We had a great stay for MDW. The house was a perfect fit for our large family. The property and view were great. The owners were very accommodating and communicative. We hope to stay again in the near future.
