About this house rental
Lakeside sanctuary awaits on Lake Bomoseen's tranquil north shore. This meticulously designed property offers the ultimate waterfront escape. Begin your mornings with a peaceful kayak across crystal-clear waters, then bask in the sun on your private dock. As evening descends, gather around the crackling fire pit beneath a canopy of stars. Whether you crave relaxation or outdoor adventure, this versatile haven caters to all desires.
SECURITY:
For security, there is a ring camera by the exterior of the front door, back patio, and garage of this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Seasonal lake maintenance happens during September, so please expect large machinery operating near the shorelines. Maintenance personnel are also present and moving about during the day.
The machinery is parked in the back of the property, far from the lake, and does not block views or access to the shoreline, dock, or lake. Wander Concierge is happy to answer any questions or concerns.
PET POLICY:
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
BOAT PARKING
The dock can accommodate a 21' boat.
LAKE SWIMMING NOT RECOMMENDED
Due to the presence of vegetation in the lake, swimming is not ideal.
