This exclusive vacation rental, Dat Penthus, is situated in a prime location on Steinwarder with a view over the rooftops of Heiligenhafen. With private access to the inland lake and just a few meters from the Baltic Sea and the beach, every window offers a fantastic view of the water. The private, wraparound, furnished rooftop terrace, along with the floor-to-ceiling windows, offers an unforgettable 360° panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, the inland lake, and the town of Heiligenhafen.
At Dat Penthus, guest comfort is the top priority. With approximately 145 square meters of living space, there’s plenty of room for a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults and up to 3 children. It’s lovingly designed and furnished with high-quality, custom-built built-in furniture to make the most of the space. The living and dining area is generously open and offers all the amenities for socializing, relaxing, or enjoying a variety of entertainment. The technical amenities—including a TV, Wi-Fi and streaming capabilities, a Blu-ray DVD player, a radio and stereo system, as well as a home automation system for various lighting scenarios or the weather report—are top-notch. There’s no chance of getting bored here.
The kitchen is the heart of the spacious living and dining area. It’s also very comfortable, featuring a freestanding kitchen island and counter, and offers a stunning panoramic view of the inland lake while you cook. It’s fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’d expect for a high-end vacation. Nothing stands in the way of culinary delights.
The wellness bathrooms—one of which features its own sauna and is directly accessible from a bedroom—invite you to relax even on gray and cold days. Towel warmers, a large shower, and a bathtub provide extra comfort. A coin-operated washer and dryer are also available for use on the first floor of the house. A special feature worth mentioning is the small window in the sauna, which offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea.
This penthouse sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring two separate bedrooms with double beds (160x200 and 180x200) and a third bedroom designed as a children’s room with a bunk bed (90x200) and a pull-out bed for a third child. All rooms have roller shutters as well as pleated blinds and curtains for privacy and to block out light. Convenient lighting and controls are standard here.
A private parking space is located right next to the house. Access is via elevator to the 4th floor, followed by stairs. Pets are not allowed. The property is, of course, a smoke-free accommodation.
