The “Dünenpark” in Steinwarder has everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. The 3-room vacation apartment boasts a view of the Baltic Sea and features two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 set of 2 single beds) and a living/dining area with a white Nolte kitchen.
The amenities leave nothing to be desired. You’ll find everything you need to make your vacation more enjoyable in our apartment. It’s about 80 meters to the Baltic Sea beach, and a seasonal beach chair is also included.
Our cozy and modern vacation apartment, “Ostseeperle,” invites you to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation on the Baltic Sea. This high-quality, newly built 3-room apartment with a living area of approximately 75 m² was completed in January 2016 and impresses with its stylish design and thoughtful details. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the immediate proximity to the main beach, which is only about 80 meters away—perfect for spontaneous walks on the beach or sunny days spent swimming.
The apartment offers you an all-inclusive package, including a linens package with bedding, sheets, and towels. Entertainment is provided by two LED TVs, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a stereo system with a radio, and a selection of DVDs, board games, and books. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, its own TV, and blackout curtains. The second bedroom features two single beds and blackout curtains as well. For families, a travel crib and a high chair are also available.
The modern, white built-in kitchen by Nolte leaves nothing to be desired: It features a stove with four burners, an oven with an integrated microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The amenities are rounded out by a Senseo coffee maker, a WMF drip coffee maker, a toaster, and an egg cooker, as well as a full set of dishes and kitchen accessories.
The bathroom features high-quality fixtures, a large walk-in shower, heated towel racks and a heated mirror, as well as a hair dryer. In addition, practical household items such as a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and ironing equipment are available. On the balcony, you’ll find comfortable seating and two sun loungers. A private parking space right next to the house rounds out the amenities.
