About this house rental
Basement with garage, sauna, shower, washer, and dryer, and direct access to the hallway.
The living area on the 1st floor, featuring an open fireplace, opens onto the terrace. A new, high-quality couch, two armchairs, and a coffee table invite you to relax. The adjoining dining area, featuring a table and four chairs, a large LCD TV, and a CD and DVD player, opens onto the kitchen area with a new, high-quality kitchen. It is equipped with a four-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a “dining bar” with two stools. A guest restroom is right next door.
On the second floor is the separate master bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a stylish, large wardrobe, as well as a second LCD TV with a DVD player. From here, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the nature reserve and the Baltic Sea.
The separate children’s room with two single beds and a wardrobe, as well as the stylish bathroom with a shower stall and toilet, are located next to it. Pets allowed only upon request. Initial supply of bed linens and towels included.
No rentals for fewer than 5 nights on New Year’s Eve!
Firewood for the fireplace is not provided.

Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The Seepark consists of two distinct buildings, both beautifully situated in a unique natural setting between Steinwarder and the vacation park:
The white “Strandhaus” and the red-brick townhouses.
From all apartments, you can enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve with its small inland lake, which begins right behind the property.
Our guests are impressed not only by the exceptionally quiet yet central location (right next to the beach and vacation park) but also by amenities such as a private sauna and fireplace.
The vacation apartments, which vary in layout, can accommodate up to 4 people: The townhouses offer 80 square meters of living space, and the penthouse offers 116 square meters.
Free parking spaces/garages, as well as bike racks and trash cans, are located right on the property.
To get to the bakery, restaurant, and nearest café, simply cross the “Elephant Bridge,” and after 150 meters, you’ll find everything you need.
P.S.: You can get delicious ice cream right next door at Dünengolf.
