Gefallen hat uns, dass es wirklich sauber und ordentlich war. Die Nähe zum Zentrum war super. Der Garten ist toll, man hat allerdings direkten Kontakt zu den Nachbarn. Uns war es egal aber es ist kein „abgeschlossener“ Garten.

Leider gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Das Treppenhaus riecht im Durchgang zur Tiefgarage sehr nach Rauch und sehr muffig.
