Modern, newly renovated (2018) very well equipped apartment for 2 adults + 2 children. The apartment is located directly on the beach and inland lake and offers from the south balcony in the 5th Floor has a wonderful panoramic view of the lake, the city and the marina. To reach everything in a few minutes with the provided bicycles or on foot. It is less than 200 m to the beach, where you can relax in the associated beach chair and enjoy your vacation in the sun, wind and weather. Pure vacation in Heiligenhafen! This individual apartment offers a large living room with an open kitchen and two bedrooms. The apartment includes free use of a beach chair, 2 bicycles and a small rowboat. The use of a sailboat on the inland lake can be organized. WiFi, flat screen TV and radio are available. Electricity, water and heating costs are included. Please bring bed linen and towels or book with them. We wish you happy holidays!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Ausblick auf den Binnensee sehr genossen. Bis zum Ostseestrand sind es nur 2 Minuten Fußweg. Der Strandkorb, den wir nach einigem Suchen fanden (stand beim „Hochsitz“ 5) hat uns beim manchmal sehr kaltem Wind super geschützt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein hübsch eingerichtetes Appartement mit Balkon und Blick auf den Heiligenhafener Binnensee, keine 5 Minuten zum Ostseestrand mit Parkplatz direkt am (im) Haus. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da trotz 80 € Endreinigungsgebühr der Boden (evtl. bauartbedingt) leicht klebte und kein Wischmopp vor Ort war, um mal eben durchzuwischen. Ansonsten ein absoluter Volltreffer mit großem Erholungsfaktor. P.S.: Den Strandkorb haben wir nicht gefunden, da ist Ostereier suchen dann doch einfacher ;-)

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Heiligenhafen

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ostsee, die Seebrücke und der Yachthafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Schön ist auch der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf den Binnensee. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen und erholsamen Kurzlaub in Heiligenhafen.

Entspannung pur

Gepflegt; schönes Duschbad; bisschen wenig Stellflächen, aber was will man bei etwas über 40 qm auch erwarten; Matratzen ok und vor allem ein Verdunkelungsrollo im Schlafzimmer; WLAN mit Schwächen; prima der große überdachte Pkw-Stellplatz mit genügend Raum für Fahrräder. Insgesamt für 2 Personen ausreichend, ein bisschen "ab vom Schuss", d. h. als "Fußkranker" ist man auf das Fahrrad oder Auto angewiesen. Total ruhig und Superblick vom Südbalkon über den Binnensee, zur Nordseite 200 m bis zum Strand. Innenstadt (bis auf den Hafen) eher enttäuschend - wir vermissten Fischgeschäfte (nur Fischhalle im Hafen?) und suchten z. B. ein Geschäft für regionale Spezialitäten. Dafür ein tolles Gebiet für Radler- aber E-Bikes sind wegen der Steigungen empfohlen. Insgesamt: wir können uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen, würden aber genauer recherchieren, denn hier gibt es Wohnungen "wie Sand am Meer". Wir fahren gerne in der Vor- bzw. Nachsaison und hatten Glück, tolles Wetter zu haben (24.-31.10.2019), es ist alles entspannter - bei den vielen Angeboten an Unterkünften möchte ich nicht wissen, wie es zur Hauptsaison hier aussieht. Loben möchte ich ausdrücklich die prompte, zuverlässige und unproblematische Abwicklung der Miete des Appartements über viele zusätzliche Informationen bis hin zur Übersendung der Kurkarten.

Ein erholsamer Ort

Die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens,direkt am Binnensee und ein Katzensprung zur Ostsee. Von der Ausstattung fanden wir alle Utensilien, die wir benötigten, eine gemütliche Wohnung. Die Betreuung durch unsere Ansprechpartner war vorbildlich. Die Stadt ist sehr vielseitig, von Kultur und Bildung, über Freizeitaktivitäten für Erwachsene und Kinder wird alles ausreichend angeboten. Es gibt gemütliche Lokale, auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und traumhaft schöne Strände für endlose Spaziergänge. Von Heiligenhafen aus kann man Fehmarn mit kurzen Fahrzeiten erkunden, aber auch tolle Angelausflüge machen. Einfach ein schönes Komplettpaket, wir haben hier eine erholsame Zeit verbracht und konnten für den Alltag auftanken. Vielen Dank
