The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows across its entire width and a large balcony accessible from the living area. The balcony’s southwestern orientation ensures you’ll have sun almost all day long. An awning and patio furniture are available on the 12-square-meter balcony.
Upon entering the apartment, the spacious entryway offers plenty of room to feel at home. Recurring green accents can be found in the entryway and throughout the living area. From the hallway, you’ll enter the modern bathroom. It offers plenty of storage space as well as a heated towel rack. Another highlight is the rainforest showerhead in the shower.
The bright living-dining area is furnished with a cozy couch. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV allows you to spend relaxing evenings watching movies and TV in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth radio are also available in this apartment. The bedroom, separated from the living area by two frosted glass sliding doors, can of course be darkened—just like the rest of the apartment—using the provided curtains and blinds. There is also a flat-screen TV mounted in front of the double bed (160x200) in the bedroom. A built-in closet with ample storage space is also available.
Across from the large dining table is the open kitchen. With its extensive array of appliances—including a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—it leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to cooking. In addition to a freezer compartment and an oven, the built-in kitchen also features a dishwasher.
