About this house rental
This exclusive vacation home, “Ostsee-Feeling 3,” is a high-end vacation home! Located right in the eastern part of Heiligenhafen in Strandhusen, just a few meters from the Baltic Sea, the name of this property says it all.
It accommodates up to 5 people (4 adults + 1 child) in approximately 100 m² spread over two floors. The modern and spacious living area, featuring high-quality furnishings and ample comfort, combines tasteful, contemporary design with a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding salt marshes. Dream amidst nature, watch the yachts come and go, or take a 300-meter walk to the beach. You can’t get much closer to the Baltic Sea when vacationing in Heiligenhafen!
The heart of the property is the light-filled and inviting living and dining area. Here, you can relax on the cozy couch or enjoy social gatherings at the dining table. A TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi are, of course, provided. A wood-burning stove (fuel not included) adds to the cozy atmosphere on colder days. The color scheme and carefully selected decorations create a wonderfully homey feel. The large windows—some of which extend to the floor—ensure you always have a beautiful view. Blinds (some of which are electric) provide privacy.
The open kitchen adjoins the living area. Modern and thoughtfully designed, the built-in kitchen offers all the amenities you need for carefree self-catering or culinary creativity.
The same level of comfort continues in the three bedrooms on the first floor. Here you’ll find an inviting double bed (180x200), as well as single beds (90x200) in each of the smaller bedrooms (with TV), one of which has a pull-out function—for example, as an extra bed for children. Large wardrobes or built-in closets provide ample storage space. Blinds ensure the room can be darkened.
To refresh yourself after a long day, simply use the modern bathroom with a shower. Whether it’s a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, or towel warmer, everything here rounds out the bathroom. Additionally, a separate toilet on the first floor gives you flexibility. A washer-dryer combo provides convenience.
The furnished terrace opens directly onto the living area. Facing west with a view of the Baltic Sea and the salt marshes. It’s the perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee in the fresh sea air or to relax and unwind on balmy summer evenings.
You can conveniently park your car right in front of the building in the parking space that comes with the accommodation. This makes loading and unloading easy.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed upon request for a fee. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
