Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage, kurze Wege in die Stadt oder zum Hafen alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
Im oberen Bereich müssen Rollos oder ähnliches Angebracht werden an die großen Glasfronten zum einen als Sonnenschutz ,da sich der obere Bereich sehr schnell aufheizt und natürlich als Sichtschutz .

Die Lage in Hafennähe ist ansprechend. Man kann Vieles zu Fuss erreichen
Im Wohnbereich gibt es nur unzureichenden Sichtschutz gegenüber Nachbarhäusern. Die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten sind dort unzureichend. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich, insbesondere im Essbereich, ist unzureichend. Bei dem Preis hatten wir Besseres erwartet.
