This wonderful home was created with great attention to detail to ensure your perfect vacation. You can easily reach the “Promenadendeck” on the first floor of Villa Paula from the underground parking garage via elevator. Spanning two floors, the apartment features an entryway, a guest restroom, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a large living and dining area, and two wonderful balconies with side views of the sea. In addition, a free pool (seasonal) is available to all guests of the villa. Thanks to the high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area, we can offer this residence to accommodate up to 4 people.
What makes this property truly special is its absolutely dreamlike location. Surrounded by countless restaurants, small boutiques, and, of course, the pier with its Baltic Sea beach, this apartment is the perfect retreat. It’s hard to imagine a more peaceful and relaxing vacation in this location.

The owners have made special arrangements for all guests arriving by train. The apartment owners will cover the cost of a taxi or shuttle from the train station in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz to the apartment, including the return trip.
