This 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 76 m², welcomes you on the mezzanine level of Villa Li. Perched a good 4 meters above Wilhelmstraße, the approximately 30 m² southwest-facing terrace of your vacation home is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs, as well as an exclusively appointed beach chair. From here, you can enjoy a superb view of Wilhelmstraße and the Friedensberg across the street.
The bright, inviting living room features a large, modern, and very comfortable designer seating area, an electric fireplace, a Philips SMART TV, a Blu-ray player, and a sound system (which can also be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth), as well as a dining table for four people.
The built-in kitchen, featuring high-quality brand-name appliances, is located in the adjacent tiled sunroom. It features a cooktop with induction and ceramic burners, an oven with an integrated microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso capsule machine and a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, and various small kitchen appliances.
The spacious bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed by Jette Joop (180x200 cm) with two firmness levels (H2 and H3), a three-door wardrobe, and a flat-screen HDTV, ensuring the best possible sleeping comfort. The second bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 200 cm box-spring bed with storage compartment and an additional flat-screen HDTV with Ambilight. There is, of course, also space for an optional baby travel crib.
A modern, high-quality tiled bathroom with natural light and heated floors, a 120 x 100 cm shower including a Hansgrohe Raindance showerhead with thermostat and elegant glass partition, as well as a 100 cm wide designer Pura Vida series vanity by Duravit and the rimless toilet by Villeroy & Boch, complete the tasteful and elegant overall impression.

Your free parking space is located approximately 200 m from the house in the underground parking garage of the FIRST/Philine/Claire villa complex on the high bank in Sellin. The maximum clearance height at the entrance is 2.10 m.
Parking on Wilhelmstraße is available only for a fee (parking ticket machines), though you can obtain a free ticket valid for up to 30 minutes. With your Sellin visitor’s card, you can use the local beach tram and the town bus free of charge.
