The Haus am Meer is certainly one of the most beautiful villas on Wilhelmstrasse—a street renowned for its magnificent seaside resort architecture—and features 8 units.
Built at the turn of the century, it was extensively renovated and lovingly restored in 1999.
The spacious Apartment 6 on the first floor offers you a wonderful vacation home with approximately 65 square meters of living space.
There is 1 double bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) with a TV and access to the sunroom.
The cozy living area features a flat-screen TV and a modern stereo system with Bluetooth.
If a third and/or fourth person is staying with you—preferably children—the couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m).
From the bright and light-filled living area, guests can step out into the front-facing, glass-enclosed sunroom, which offers a fantastic side view of the picturesque Wilhelmstrasse promenade as well as the garden area to the side.
