Located in the Golden Triangle of the Périgord Noir, at the crossroads of the Vézère and Dordogne valleys, LES COMBETTES is ideal for exploring the treasures of the Dordogne. The main house is fully air-conditioned. It offers a living room (45m²), a superb kitchen/dining room (80m²), 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest house offers 1 bedroom/1 bathroom/separate kitchenette. Heated swimming pool, summer kitchen, terrace/panoramic view. Nature lovers and those seeking tranquility will be captivated by this environment, sheltered from all noise and prying eyes. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: With a total surface area of over 200m², LA LONGERE offers on the first floor: * A splendid living room of over 80m², with a fully equipped kitchen, a large central island, and a dining area: undoubtedly the heart of the house where you will love cooking with delicious Périgord produce and gathering around the table for wonderful meals. * Adjoining, the superb living room is elegantly furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, three armchairs, a rug, and a coffee table arranged around the beautiful decorative stone fireplace. A large flat-screen TV, DVD player and DVD collection, and a piano complete this space.
* The vast 45m² room accessible via a mezzanine above the dining room, with its magnificent cathedral ceiling, allows you to work at the large wooden desk or relax in peace and quiet, comfortably nestled in the large sofa. Located on the other side of the entrance, accessed via a corridor and therefore perfectly quiet, the sleeping area comprises: * A first master double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), two bedside tables, chairs, a wardrobe, and a closet. * It has its own en-suite shower room with a tiled shower, double vanity unit, and toilet. * A second double bedroom also furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), two bedside tables, a chair, and storage space. * A third double bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), bedside tables, a chair, and storage. A fourth bedroom offers two single beds (90cm x 190cm), a bedside table, and storage space. A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet, and a separate third toilet. A laundry room with a second refrigerator, a freezer, washing machine, and ironing facilities completes the layout of the main house.
