LE SECHOIR DES MAISONS DE JEANNE is a former tobacco drying shed, restored in a "loft" spirit, which harmoniously combines authenticity and modernity.
Spacious and bright, it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with open kitchen and a TV lounge.
Outside, its covered terrace, private heated swimming pool, enclosed garden and parking with 2 electric charging stations will seduce you.
Nestled in the small "postcard" village of Saint-Vincent-de-Cosse, its location is ideal for exploring the Périgord Noir and quickly accessing the tourist attractions of the region.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Organised on two levels, the Dryer offers on the first floor:
* An entrance hall with wardrobe space
* A large living room bathed in light offering a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, dishwasher).
Its sliding bay windows open onto the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, offering "inside-outside" communication ideal in summer.
* A TV lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, Smart TV with flat screen.
* A laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities
* A separate toilet with washbasin.
The sleeping area is located upstairs, distributing:
* A first master suite offers a large double bed, two bedside lamps, a wardrobe/wardrobe.
* It has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit.
* Opposite the hallway, the second master suite offers the same sleeping configuration and also benefits from its own private shower room.
* In the centre, the two double bedrooms each offer two single beds - which can be joined into a large double bed - and a single bed on the mezzanine, accessible by a miller's ladder (children from 10 years old). Separated by a large sliding door, these two bedrooms can communicate with each other.
* They share a third bathroom with Italian shower and double sink units.

High chair, children's chair, travel cot, crockery, games, books and three small bicycles are available free of charge to our youngest holidaymakers.

* The essential 4x8m swimming pool is equipped with many sunbeds and parasols. Its electric shutter offers optimal safety for children. For the comfort of our guests, the swimming pool is heated from May to the end of September. The swimming pool is reserved for the sole and exclusive use of the guests of the Séchoir***
* Overlooking the swimming pool, the large covered terrace allows 12 guests to have lunch outside well sheltered from the hot summer sun. A large plancha is at your disposal.
* The parking space allows the parking of 4 vehicles within the property. Two electric charging stations are available to our guests (in addition)
