According to historian Jean Secret, Cantegrel was built in the 16th century. Then renovated in the 18th, 19th, and extensively in the past 20 years.
Cantegrel blends the charm of days gone by with the amenities of today. Set amid rolling hills, a stone's throw from two golf courses and a short distance from the River Dordogne, with its own large private pool, BBQ area, wifi, etc.
The house is in a delightfully private in a quiet location, yet not completely lost in the countryside; there are two friendly neighbours a few hundred yards away. Cantegrel can comfortably accomodate 8 persons.
Indian Summer can last long:for 4 persons at most and two bedrooms I can offer Cantegrel for a bargain rate.
