About this house rental
250 meters from the beaches of La Madeleine, Viel and Mardi Gras, our recent house is ideally located in the north-east of the island of Noirmoutier. Popular place with its magnificent sandy beach, a few hundred meters from the small village of Viel where you will find all amenities such as a Spar (bread depot), bar, restaurants, newsagent. The accommodations are designed to accommodate families with children (bunk beds), quiet. The house is not suitable to accommodate a group of 8 adults.
The accommodation
Le Vieil is a peaceful place, you can cycle or walk from alley to alley which almost all take you to the beach. This heavenly place will bring you relaxation, tranquility and rest.
The accommodation has a south-facing terrace with its pretty garden and a heated swimming pool (from May to September).
The garden is enclosed, in the quiet of a small cul-de-sac with a closed courtyard to accommodate 1 vehicle. Other free parking spaces in the street of the accommodation.
This rental suitable for 6 to 8 people is composed of:
* a bright living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer, filtered water and ice cubes, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine). Large dining table for 8 people and lounge area.
* Two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
- A master bedroom (160 cm bed)
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds
We have chosen comfortable bedding for a relaxing holiday.
* An annex facing the main house is composed of a master suite with a 160 cm bed (bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet).
* A pantry with washing machine
* Free WIFI access
MANDATORY CLEANING FEE: 120€ which will be paid on arrival.
SHEET OPTION: 15€ / person which includes sheets + 2 towels (1 large + 1 small) per person. This option will also be paid for on arrival.
* Baby equipment on request: high chair, travel cot.
* SHEETS & TOWELS: RENTAL ON REQUEST: 15€ / bed which includes sheets and 2 towels per person.
