The ground floor includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room with large windows that open to the pool and sea views. One bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom also sits on this level, with direct outdoor access. Upstairs, a second bedroom with its own bathroom and panoramic sea views offers comfort and privacy. Smart TVs, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure a relaxed, easy stay.
Step outside to enjoy the private pool, garden, sun loungers, and shaded dining area. Fire up the gas BBQ, sip a drink at the outdoor mini bar, or just unwind under the Cretan sun. The villa also includes secure parking, and daily breakfast is provided to start your days with ease.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
There is also free parking for all of our guests.

Once you book you get a detailed directions PDF file making it simpler than ever to reach Villa Ble. In case you would like airport pick up we provide the friendliest, most personalized pick up so you can immediately orient yourself in the House without feeling stress.
We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
Once your booking is confirmed, one of our Aegean Team members will be in contact with you to answer any questions you might have. They will be your personal vacation advisor and they will offer you their best recommendations for food, nightlife, beaches, activities, attractions etc. During your whole stay, you will be in immediate contact with your vacation advisor.
