About this villa rental
Villa Kore is the perfect combination of luxury and timeless elegance overlooking the deep blue Cretan Sea. Enjoy the hot sun and the refreshing emerald sea, in a modern, yet classic, environment with a spectacular sea view. It is ideal for families or a group of friends, Let’s have a look!
Interior facilities
The Villa consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and it can host up to 5 guests. On the ground floor, there is the first bedroom, with an amazing sea view, which consists of a double bed and can accommodate one more guest in a single bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the same floor, there is the living room with a large comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, the dining area with seating for 6 people, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable and easy stay. Fridge - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, dishes & utensils are included. This level has direct access to the pool the main terrace and an amazing sea view. Also, at this level, you will find one more bathroom, ideal for disabled or elderly people with mobility or balance problems. On the upper level, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and an indoor Jacuzzi, ready to indulge your senses. Enjoy the amazing sea and sunset views directly from your bed or sit comfortably in the two lounge chairs on the balcony and enjoy your coffee and breakfast. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and TV.
Outdoor facilities
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, with a corner for children while gazing at the amazing sea view. Sit back in the comfortable sun loungers and relax under the sun. Also, there is a shaded dining area and a BBQ space for unforgettable cooking moments. Our little guests can spend their time pleasantly on the playground, found in front of the pool, with outdoor games for kids. The area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents.
Breakfast
Upon request, we can arrange breakfast in the villa at an extra cost. Ask us for the menu and the exact cost.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

We found paradise. The Villa was incredible, even better than described. So much space, an incredible view over the sea and everything to a high standard. I know others have said this, but we have travelled all over the world and this is the best Villa we have stayed in, especially at this price. We found the owners so friendly and responsive. The village was perfect with the best beaches and special tavernas, but completely unspoilt. I can’t believe it exists. Amazing.

We had a great stay and throughly recommend the house. The pool is great, the nearby beach and restaurants are wonderful and it has everything we needed for a terrific family holiday!!

Wir haben als Ehepaar 9 sonnige Tage in diesem wunderschönem Haus verbracht. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und des Außenbereichs war herausragend. Die Ausstattung (von Bademäntel bis Gasgrill und bequeme Sonnenliegen) war sehr gut und der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin sehr freundlich. Sicherlich auch als Familie mit bis zu 2 Kindern schön, mit 2 Paaren gäbe es vermutlich ein Konflikt mit der Zimmerverteilung. Die Matratzen waren uns persönlich zu weich aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wunderschöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, wir können die Strandbar Bird-Away und das Restaurant Sunset empfehlen. Etwa 50 Meter unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich eine wenig befahrene Durchfahrtsstraße, von dort ist der Poolbereich einsehbar. Tierliebhaber (Katzen, Hühner, Hunde und Ziegen) können sich freuen! Der durchaus teilweise windige Ort war im Mai kaum touristisch und wir haben traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge erlebt! Vielen Dank!
