Villa Avelios

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa! Secluded between olive trees with views over the ocean and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The villa was well equipped, providing us with everything (and more) we needed upon our late arrival around 11pm. We were delighted. The villa and property were sparking clean when we arrived. We were a family of 8, of which one child the age of 3. One of us had the upstairs kitchen / living area with the sleeping couch and it was comfortable. So if you're a big family: Go for it, it is possible and we all managed to relax, unwind and come home without any backpain. We particularly loved the barbecue area for dinner, the pool area for the day and the sun terrace for breakfast. Plenty of eating areas around the space and enough space to also find some alone time even for a family as big as ours. The beautiful beach of Falasarna is a 15 minute drive away along serpentines, so it does feel a bit longer. We chose this ride for most days though, because it is simply the nicest, accessible beach in the area. Smaller groceries along the way everywhere, but a bit expensive. The bigger one is a 20 minute drive in Kissamos. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Rent, ryddig og romslig. Flott og usjenert bassengområde med solstoler og parasoller. Romslig veranda i 2. etasje med både sittegruppe og spisebord. Aircondition på alle rom. God parkering for 2 biler. Meget hyggelig vert som svarte raskt på alle spørsmål og kom på døren med lokale produkter.

Ligger litt remote. Ikke gåavstand til restauranter, kafeer eller dagligvare. Kunne vært litt bedre utrustet med kjøkkenredskaper, men det er bare en bagatell.

Tout était parfait ! La villa elle-même, magnifique, bien agencée et propre ! La vue sur la mer, la piscine, les oliviers, magnifiques ! Du linge de maison était à disposition (serviette de bains, draps) : un réel plus. La villa est un peu retirée, il faut simplement une voiture pour pouvoir visiter les alentours. Notre hôte est venu nous rendre visite pour nous apporter des produits de la Crète : nous avons beaucoup apprécié car cela nous a permis d'échanger. Bref, nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Położenie obiektu: wllla schowana, niewidoczna z ulicy, otoczona z każdej strony gajami oliwnymi. Zadbany ogród i nader przestronny i czyściutki basen ok 20 m.kw. (choc o jednej głębokości ok 150cm). Samodzielne zameldowanie. Wnętrze dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach ofertowych bez upiększeń. Pokoje duże, umeblowane, klimatyzowane, łóżka wygodne, zapas pościeli. Olbrzymi taras z widokiem na Zatokę Kissamos. Czystość: standard hotelowy, duży zapas ręczników i jednorazowe kapcie. Wyposażenie: adekwatne do ilości osób, chemia gospodarcza i środki czystości i pielęgnacyjne w ilości na cały pobyt. Na przywitanie duży zapas pożywienia śniadaniowego (w stylu kontynentalnym) duzy zapas wody i kawy. W trakcie pobytu przemiły poczęstunek ze strony gospodarza: przepyszne wypieki w postaci kalitsouni i bougatsy. Zestaw narzędzi kuchennych do przygotowania posiłków taki jak w każdym domu - niczego nie brakowało. Czasem przychodzą koty - fajnie. 💙💙💙
