Interior
Measuring 250m2, the two level villa features three master bedrooms and one twin bedroom and a spacious, elegant living and dining room with magnificent sea view. The master bedroom located on the upper floor features an en suite bathroom and wonderful view to the sea whereas the twin bedroom of the same floor overlooks the verdant garden of the villa. The two attractively designed master bedrooms on the lower floor, open up to the garden, just a few steps from the sparkling pool.
Exterior
Villa Ostria is the ideal residence to relax, have fun, eat and live in the open. Surrounded by rich trees, it ensures privacy and seclusion. The luxury villa offers an expansive large veranda, with an unquestionably amazing view of the crystal sea, and the wild Cretan landscape. On a unique position literally at the edge of the cliff, the deck with the outdoor Jacuzzi tub allows you to admire golden sunset while enjoying an outdoor spa. Moreover, the pergola that shelters the pool area is perfect for outdoor dining, right in front of the turquoise waters and the flourishing garden.
Please be aware that a 15€ per night Climate Resilience Tax is applied to all reservations from 1st of March to 30th of October.

Months after our visit to Greece we often remember with great affection and nostalgia the happy days we spent in Crete. We were lucky to find our ideal place to stay -with incredible value for money, at a very quiet and peaceful location offering breathtaking views to the sea and a big pool in its absolutely private and lovely garden. I must not forget to mention the villa's smart design and lovely furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and we felt at ease, as if we were in our own home. Despite being secluded, our luxurious summer home was not very far away from the village or the taverna where we enjoyed the most delicious Greek dishes and of course fresh fish. Almost on a daily basis we would drive to the nearby beaches, including the famous pink sandy beach of Elafonissi. For me, this was the closest thing to Paradise.

We spent a week in this wonderful setup. On arrival, everything was as arranged with Natasha, the owner. Gregory the caretaker met us and led us to the villa.The villa is absolutely amazing. Spotless clean, aesthetical and with a 180 degrees seaview. The oversized pool is situated in the gardens and provides a magnificent experience of mindfullness. Absolutely wonderful. A need to see and feel. It is, as the rest of the house and the surroundings, 100% private. The villa is situated in the village of Livadia. We strolled the few hundred meters to the local taverna each day. The food is pure organic and adds to the mindfullness and wellness of your holiday. Add to this a real honest hospitality, from Natsha, Gregory the caretaker to Gianis and his family at the Taverna, to the father and son at the mini market in the Village. So, a luxury villa, with seaviews and stunning gardens / pool, in a truly authentic village, friendly and absolutely safe. It is a fantastis combination. We spent the whole week in the local area, with one trip to the beach of Elafonisi, half an hour ride from the house. The beach is fantastic. You must go there. Google it and check the pictures.

I love Villa Ostria.
The location with the sea in front and mountains at the back.
All the different birds soaring in the sky.
The natural sounds of the village life, no disturbing music from loudspeakers.
The long talk in the evenings with a nice little cat who kept his distance.
The comfortable bed and bedlinnen.
The secluded pool area.
The local restaurant that we call “The seventh happines”
Life is good in Livadia.
