Employees are helpful. There are 2 A/Cs in the villa.

We were put in a different villa than we booked. It was outdated and very very old, nothing like in the pictures. We were told that this sometimes happens. Also, saw that many people were moved to other villas during their stay. We understand this is the property’s policy to deceive the consumers. Of course, we complained and after 4 days moved to our room that we actually booked and paid for. It was a horrible start for our trip. (We are genius 3 and still did not get sufficient support from Booking.com either - you are stuck in the room with the property’s conscious. ) The water pressure is horrible in the villas. You cannot take a proper shower after a beach day. There is not much privacy either. Pool is just a bath water. Didn’t dare to get in.

Nothing. This is a scam!!!!! Please don't make the mistake of coming here.

The pool is literally inside the street where cars go by constantly. The place looks nice at first but doesn't really function well. The water in the showers go all the way to the bedroom after taking a 5 minute shower. There is no one to turn to if you need anything. The coffee in the machine is one that you can't get in a supermarket, you have to buy it from them here for euro per capsule. And no one is here so it's impossible anyway. A true scam Looks NOTHING like the picture.

great villas with semi-private swimming pools, close to the beach (pebble beach, no sandy). Excellent staff

unfortunately the villas have direct access to the street, without fences, which could be an issue with small kids

Quiet village, clean house, nice host

Quiet village, clean house, nice host. The villas are situated in a remote village close to the main road to Kissamos. There is a pool used by 6 villasand free parking. There are no supermarkets near by and most of them close at 9 pm so have that in mind :-) There are 3 tavernas near by (2-8 min walk) and Kissamos is a few km away where you could find lots of restaurants, supermarkets and services. Definitely recommended for a quiet stay for a family vacation. Not suitable for party-goers :-) One-bedroom villa is ok for up to 3 people, a 4th one uses a cot.

The villa could use a bit more glasses / plates. Everything else is great.

Super nice villa steps from the sea with two lovely restaurants—no need to go anywhere else.

We were really impressed with the Villa. It was super fresh, clean, a nice asthetic, cozy and spacious.

We were disappointed with the WiFi, and I could have used a proper chopping knife in the kitchen.

Great location cozy clean and near beach

Had an amazing time at azure beach villas! Nikos was so helpful and made sure we had a good time. Also the apartment was well equipped, bright and also sparkling clean! We were there for Greek Independence Day and were very happy with the location. Only a short walk to the ocean, less than 2 minutes could see a lot of gorgeous views. Also you can walk along the beach and even hike towards the peninsula. The area itself is quiet but a short drive you can be in Kissamos and close to many bakeries super markets and nice hikes! Great if you want to get away, highly recommend. Our expectations were met well. Room was huge and kitchen had everythin! and the bed was super comfy. Slept well! Had AC and heating, very nice stay.

Excellent villa complex with pools by beach

Armela is an incredibly welcoming and friendly host. She reached out before our stay, helped us book our transfers to/from the airport, and also helped us a lot throughout our stay with booking activities and taxis. This level of service was incredible! The villa complex is so lovely. The villas were great and really comfortable. We had a family villa (3 bedrooms, private pool) and a one bed villa with sharing pool. Great aircon, very clean, modern finishings, comfy beds. Location is really nice. You are right at the beach with a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. You will need a car to get to the town centre of Kissamos and a supermarket. Beware, taxis are expensive! Kissamos is a lovely, charming town with some lovely shops (not just souvenirs/beach accessories like a few towns close by...). Overall, our holiday was better than we could have hoped for. We would definitely return and stay here again!

Family villa: there was no space to sit around the pool/pool area small. But I understood that the pools are all different sizes so it depends which one you get. Roof decks could do with more shade. Not enough cutlery/plates etc for the number of people in the villa but this was fixed quickly.

The villa is perfectly situated close to the sea and few very nice restaurants. It’s close to the shops in Kissamos - just few minutes ride.

- great location, 2 min to the beach - comfortable beds - quiet - has own kitchen, terrace and clean pool

- ice came out one of the airco's and it was dripping a little - there were ants in the kitchen - very strange coffee machine, couldn't find pods so we needed to make coffee with the coffee filter - no supermarket nearby !! definitely need a car

Nice house with enough space for two families. The kids had a lot of fun in the shared pool.(5 villas shared one pool, but we usually were alone in the pool) Stella was very supportive during our stay, and after we left: my husband forgot his glasses there, and she organized the international shipment.

Very good location and beach close to the house (couple of steps), several swimming pools.

Even if the house was initially set up for 7 persons, there was not enough materials for 7 (spoons, knife, pans,…) Some stuffs were also broken inside the villa when we arrived (door handle, outdoor faucet,..)

We love the place, it was our second year, and we love it. The people are very nice, specially Stella, she’s so nice, the place are clean and it’s really comfortable, 50 mts to the beach. We highly recommended.

Exceptional

We stayed here 2 weeks and we enjoyed a lot our stay! The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the neat outdoors as well. Mrs. Stella was really kind. The communication was fast and effective. She helped us whenever we need. If we come back to Crete, we will stay here again!

Very pleasant accommodation and very friendly host!

We arrived early and were very well greeted by staff, and the host immediately called back so we were able to access the accommodation 2 hours earlier.. Very nice 2 bedroom apartment/house, with shared pool with small number of other apartments. Very clean, good beds, large kitchen and well kept and serviced gardens.

the location of the villapark is still in development, and since it was early season the restaurants surrounding the park were not yet opened. In approx a year (estimation), the whole area will potentially look different because of the already happening construction... The villa park itself is definitely attractively build!

Luxury villa very well located

Everything was good! Stuff is very friendly and helpful. We had a villa of three bedrooms with two toilets, kitchen and living room, balconies. We cooked sometimes in the kitchen which was very nice designed with all the necessary equipment! Azure beach villa is located very well close to Balos beach, Elafonisi beach, Falassarna beach and Chania. We visited all these!
