Ground level garage/storage, first floor living space, gorgeous kitchen & dining area, top level is the 3 bedrooms including a master with en suite & laundry also on this level! Open floor plan, large rooms, outdoor shower, gas grill & sun decks for outside enjoyment. Great condo alternative!! With 2.5 baths & the available amenities this custom home makes a great bargain!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. Everything we needed, close to beach and main street boutiques and restaurants, plus multiple beautiful playgrounds. Lovely farmers' market on Sunday just a block away. Easy commute to Silton Swim School.

Though there are a few stairs to climb there are many reasons to climb them. The house was clean, appliances worked and it was attractive. The owners are communicative and show care in this home. The Beach bikes that do not usually get offered were beat up but useable. Respect for each other as tenant and landlord was honored and greatly appreciated.

It was a great house. Was very clean and neat. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Bert and Nadine were very friendly and explained everything to us, and told us the best place to see the fireworks. We highly recommend this house, and are looking forward to comming back.
