RIV1002 - Exceptional 3 level townhouse style WATERFRONT CONDO featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Located a block from the beach, boardwalk AND inlet area in excellent north end location. Master bedroom looks over the water with a private balcony, 3rd level acts as the 3rd BR (full over full bunk beds) with access to a spacious roof deck offering views of the Ocean & Thursday fireworks! 2 car parking! Don't forget your kayak, paddle board or fishing/crabbing gear! You'll make memories for a lifetime here.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! Excellent place to stay, well kept, did not feel like a rental, everything was updated and beautiful! I loved that the owner provided the towels and sheets! We would rent there again!
