Park the car for the week and truly relax. Located just five houses from the sand, our modernized family home offers a private entrance to the Jenkinson's Boardwalk. Whether you’re here for the morning beach surf, an afternoon at the Jenkinson's Aquarium, or sunset cocktails at the Manasquan Inlet, everything is within a 5-minute stroll!

The Vibe: The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living area with soaring vaulted ceilings that capture the coastal light. Unlike sterile investment properties, this is our primary residence, and we’ve curated the space with an eclectic mix of vibrant colors and meaningful treasures from our global travels. You’ll find unique touches like custom-made chandeliers from Istanbul and one-of-a-kind art from Malaysia and Georgia, alongside plenty of lush indoor plants that bring the space to life. It’s a comfortable, lived-in home with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy back porch perfect for your morning coffee before the beach day begins.
The Place
• Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a Queen bed and room-darkening shades for those much-needed vacation sleep-ins. (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: A "bunk room" setup with a double bottom and twin top. (Sleeps 3)
• Bedroom 3: A classic bunk bed set. (Sleeps 2)
• The Piano Flex-Room: Our unique "Railway" style walkthrough room. This space connects the kitchen and living room and features a piano and a daybed. Note: The daybed can be made up with linens by request for the 8th guest.
• Bathroom 1: Our spacious main bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo.
• Bathroom 2: Convenient second bathroom with a stand-up shower.
• Kitchen & Dining: The main hub with plenty of seating and space for the whole crew to hang out.
• Living Room: Separate from the kitchen, this is another place to unwind. It features a 55" Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity cable and a high-top table for two for a quick bite or a laptop workspace.

• Beach Ready: 4 Jenkinson's Boardwalk badges available (requires a $500 refundable deposit).
• Linens Included: We provide fresh bed sheets and bath towels so you can pack light.
• Parking: One off street spot included, and for any other cars there are 5 overnight parking passes that can be used for the free street parking.
The Location
You are in the "Golden Triangle" of Point Pleasant Beach. Once you park, you won't need your keys until you leave.
• Food: We are literally next door to a local pizzeria and just a block away from iconic PPB restaurants and nightlife.
• Adventure: A quick .3-mile walk takes you to the arcades, mini-golf, and the Jenkinson’s Aquarium.
• The Inlet: Take a 5-minute stroll to the Manasquan Inlet. It’s the perfect spot to sit on the bulkhead, watch the commercial fishing fleet come in, and catch the best breeze in town.

It was a lovely week! The home was lovely and bright and clean. Plenty of room for three generations. Anthony was very attentive when we needed him, which was not very often.Location, location, location!Having the beach passes and easy access to Jenkinson‘s beach was terrific. Great time and would definitely rent again.

This is our 2nd time renting Anthony's home, and it again exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. Anthony is an extremely responsive and friendly host, and his communication is excellent leading up to the trip, and throughout the trip! The house itself is roomy, extremely well-stocked with all amenities a family/group would need, comes with plenty of beach badges and parking passes, along with some awesome beach chairs and an umbrella.
The location of the home cannot be beat. There's a private pathway to the beach (with keys to open the gate included), and only a 2 minute walk, which makes it easy to hang out on the beach, and head back to the house for lunch/break/etc., and back on the beach in minutes. It is also within 2 blocks of an awesome donut shop, a bagel deli, a great juice/coffee shop, and a great homemade ice cream store. It's also right down the street from Jenkinsons.
We will definitely continue to rent Anthony's home during future trips to the Jersey Shore!
