Just steps to Boardwalk and sand, this memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Point Pleasant Beach. Guests will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space to relax, central air and a deck with a view of the ocean. Completely updated kitchen features a giant island for cooking and eating. Each bedroom has a closet with full bathrooms on both floors. The upstairs loft/living room features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or a quiet movie night. Up to 6 adults and sofabed for 2 more kids if needed. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring the sun, sand, arcades and rides easy walking distance away, you will feel right at home. Off street parking for 2 cars and 6 beach badges for Jenkinsons Beach are provided. Please make sure to bring or order sheets and linens. We recommend Coastal Linen Supply. You'll have a wonderful time!

The house was perfect for our needs, with attractive, functional spaces that comfortably accommodated our group, including a well appointed modern kitchen, and a lovely second-floor deck. The location is just steps from the boardwalk and beach, and easy walking distance to some great restaurants! Lisa was a super host, very responsive and full of tips and suggestions for our stay - highly recommended!

We were in town for a celebration of life in Point Pleasant Beach. The accommodations were perfect and made for a great weekend. Proximity to beach and boardwalk was perfect. We did have an issue with a door lock and the owner had someone at the house within 5 minutes to fix. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it both comfortable and inviting for our entire family. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed.It was especially great for our family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to spend time together. The house truly felt family-friendly and welcoming. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again!
