About this house rental
Point Pleasant Beach home, clean and modern. Close proximity to beach(.9 miles),restaurants, boardwalk and inlet. Great rental for families with children. 4 beach badges included! Comfortably sleeps 8 people, 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living room. Sun room with couches, tv and dining table.Brand new kitchen that is fully equipped and has new appliances. Private fenced yard with an outdoor grill, propane fire pit and patio furniture. There is ample parking in the driveway and two street parking passes are available upon request(only can be used for parking in front of the house not near the beach) TV's are located in every bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace. Living room and sunroom have Smart TV's Utilities included, no pets allowed(Sorry NO exceptions). All bed linens and towels are included. Professional cleaning service used to disinfect in between guests.

We had a great time and a great stay. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is right next to a playground which was great for our son and close to town and the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This house is comfortable and roomy. It was close enough to all the restaurants, shopping districts and beach/boardwalk, but on a quiet street so our nights were pleasant. It was perfect for family. We walked the track across the street in the mornings and even flew a kite. Also, Point Pleasant is by far my favorite boardwalk and beach. It has some for everyone if your vacationing multi-generational as we were. Thanks to the hostess, Carolyn, she was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had.
