Beautiful newer home built in 2016 in fantastic location. Close to beach (4.5 blocks), town, park and train. Sleeps up to 7, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with open layout and coastal decor. Beautiful kitchen! Also, parking on driveway for 2 cars and outside shower. Central air and wifi. Stackable washer and dryer on upstairs level with bedrooms.
Gorgeous custom Colonial with wood floors throughout, bright sunny kitchen with granite and custom cabinets, all 3 bedrooms on upper level including master with en-suite bathroom! Included in rental is 4 Beach Tags, blankets & pillows, Tenant to supply own linens & towels.

Everything we needed, close to beach and main street boutiques and restaurants, plus multiple beautiful playgrounds. Lovely farmers' market on Sunday just a block away. Easy commute to Silton Swim School.

Though there are a few stairs to climb there are many reasons to climb them. The house was clean, appliances worked and it was attractive. The owners are communicative and show care in this home. The Beach bikes that do not usually get offered were beat up but useable. Respect for each other as tenant and landlord was honored and greatly appreciated.

It was a great house. Was very clean and neat. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Bert and Nadine were very friendly and explained everything to us, and told us the best place to see the fireworks. We highly recommend this house, and are looking forward to comming back.
