The property was located in a veery quiet neighborhood. The location made access to the beach traffic and local attractions very easy. The park between the shore line and traffic was more of a buffer zone which preserved the quietness of the neighborhood. Groceries and amenities to add to your comfort were relatively close at hand.
There wasn't anything not to like about the property. The description was a good depiction and well within expectations . A very quiet place to kick back and plan your next adventure. Complete with its own set of California stairs.
