About this house rental
Welcoming, spacious, family-friendly townhome in the Santa Cruz Seabright neighborhood. The property is managed directly by the owner--no management company--and communication is prompt and friendly.
The residence is located on a quiet street, convenient to Seabright Avenue and many restaurants (Linda’s Seabreeze Cafe, La Posta, Engfer’s Pizza, Betty Burgers, Tramonti and fantastic coffee at either Java Junction or Verve.) The Santa Cruz Museum Of Natural History and Pacific Edge Climbing Gym are nearby. It's an easy walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and four blocks to Seabright Beach--the largest beach in Santa Cruz featuring the Walton Lighthouse at the end of the Santa Cruz breakwater.
The townhome has three levels providing a generous amount of living space, very conducive for families. Two off-street parking areas go with the rental unit. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen-size beds and full baths. Plenty of closet space and storage. The Master BR has direct access to the lower deck. Storage unit on lower deck has beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and beach blankets. The third bedroom is a large loft on the upper level with ceiling fan and is accessed by a circular staircase. Loft room has four twin beds, perfect for four kids or comfortable for several adults. Loft closet is stocked with games.
The washer/dryer is on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, galley kitchen and half bath. Large deck off the living room with KitchenAid gas grill and Adirondack chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All necessary cookware available for dining in. Townhouse is an easy drive to Whole Foods, Safeway, or Staff of Life for groceries. The dining room seats six and will expand to seat up to eight. Counter bar divides kitchen and dining area. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind. High definition LED smart TV. Internet access throughout the house. All towels (indoor/beach), linens and soap/shampoos provided. Hairdryer Available. First aid kit. House is not air conditioned, but most homes in Santa Cruz are not. Floor fans available.

We came for the car show and the home was in the perfect location. The beach and coffee shop were within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Great place to stay and I hope to return! Parking easily available on street and assigned parking available if needed. Everything we needed in the property for eating/drinking. Nice porch for morning coffee and enjoying the fresh air. Nice living room with fresh air and TV if you wanted. Good hangout space. Bedrooms were well appointed with comfy beds and good access to bathrooms. Everything was clean and lots of supplies/towels. Communicating with the host was easy and we received all the needed information without issue.
