Private rear yard perfect for entertaining. Covered front porch and balcony.
You can't help but smile when you arrive and know that any direction you head is the right choice. The beach is in front of you, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk to your right, the mountains behind you, and the harbor and Aldo's Restaurant to your left. Relax and enjoy the perfect destination.
Pack light because we have done our best to anticipate your needs. Wetsuits, boogie boards, surf boards, beach gear, wagon, cooler, etc. are available for use. Comcast high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen. The house is set up for your enjoyment. Use the 4 cruiser bikes to bike along the coast and explore.
Monterey Bay Aquarium, San Francisco, or the redwoods are a pretty drive. The redwoods are pretty close.

This is an incredible home in an amazing location! The owners have thought of every amenity to make our stay most comfortable and such care and attention into every aspect of house! We used the home as base to drive the PCH to Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur as well as enjoy Santa Cruz. Great bikes and lots of fun beach toys including wet suits on the property for our use, we were only able to bike ride in April but the beach is so inviting just a few houses away. Our family enjoyed a great stay and give this property our highest rating!

We had the best experience staying here! It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and stocked. It is so close to the beach and we walked to the boardwalk no problem. The owner had excellent communication. We could not be happier!

We had a great stay at this home. It's location is perfect for us; near the beach and all our favorite places. The host was very responsive when we had questions. There's plenty of space. The outside area seems like it would be wonderful in the summer. We were here in the winter so didn't spend time just sitting outside.

The property is very nice, especially for being so close to beach (where places can be small). This is a 3 level residence; the lower level is a nicely re-modeled basement w/2 bedrooms and an area to watch TV, full bathroom and washer/dryer (purely functional area). The middle level is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen area as very good. The entry-room (from front door) served us well w/couches. The garage is a kind of entertainment area w/couches and TV - nothing fancy but it worked. The upstairs (master bedroom and bath) is very nice. The outdoor sitting area in the back is a bit small and taken up with outdoor furniture, but it serves it's purpose pretty well. I would rent this place again without hesitation.
