Need to get away and relax but only have a few days? Then come to Santa Cruz and experience all the area has to offer. From the beach to hiking, biking, iconic beach boardwalk, and wine tasting there is something for everyone.

Santa Cruz has strict quiet hours for vacation rentals. The hours are 10 pm to 8 am. This is not a party house.
An elegant, peaceful retreat awaits you in this beautifully appointed beach house. The three-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental sits in an unusually quiet residential area with access to all of the area’s most popular attractions: It is located three blocks from Twin Lakes Beach (with lifeguards and fire pits and half a mile from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. It’s just a ten-minute drive(without traffic) to the Boardwalk amusement park, Capitola Village, and lively downtown Santa Cruz; ten minutes from redwood forests with miles of hiking and biking trails; a 40-minute drive from Monterey Bay Aquarium; and a 45-minute drive from the San Jose Airport with no traffic.
The open floor plan, downstairs bedroom and bath and no steps to get into the house make this a wheelchair-friendly home should you have such a need.
This comfortable, beautifully decorated house includes a fully equipped kitchen with concrete counters and upscale appliances - everything you need to entertain at home. All three bedrooms have their own private decks and a flat-screen TV with YouTube TV. Downstairs floors offer radiant heat, and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. 55" 4K flat screen smart TV above the fireplace which swivels so you can sit in the backyard and watch TV with the accordion doors open, i.e. sporting events.
If you have to bring your work with you, the home is equipped with high-speed WIFI, and even works well in the backyard!
The fenced-in backyard has a private hot tub, where you can relax under the stars, as well as a table for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. There is even a wagon provided with sun chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie and skim boards, and toys to make your beach vacation complete. Linens and towels are provided. Just bring your swimsuits and enjoy! Sleeps one to eight people. This is a nonsmoking house.

Annual 5 friends weekend. We had a great time. The house was exactly, if not better, than described. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, golf, restaurants and town. Plenty of places to relax inside and out. We were able to play scrabble, do crafts, enjoy meals. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Very easy to coordinate with. Highly recommended!

This property was perfect for a low key weekend and everything was so clean it felt like the cleaners had just left. The host was super accommodating, communicative and friendly making the stay even better. It was a short walk to the beach and close in proximity to the boardwalk!

Fabulous location and very clean! A comfortable home with a few recommendations for the owners. First, the beds need to be replaced in all rooms. Second, the couch and the LR chairs need to be replaced - it just may be time to replace the furniture in this lovely home. Finally, given that there is cleaning fee, we would not expect to strip the beds and to takeout all the trash. We understand the need to start laundry and to start dishwasher, but the other items seemed a bit much. With a check in time of 4 and a check out time of 11- it means that the last morning of your vacation ends up being breakfast followed by cleaning the home. The check-n and check-out times align with hotels ---- but with hotels, you just leave the room.
