Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for just over a week. Our group was diminished due to flu and cold so the house ended up being a bit larger than we needed. This is a great location for any Santa Cruz stay. Walking distance to W. Cliff drive and any number of first rate coffee houses/bakeries. We did an Elkhorn Slough Safari which was under a 40 minutes drive.The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils - best we've ever experienced.The rental agency was prompt in replying to our queries. I think we would be happy to stay again should the occasion arise.

The main living space and backyard/patio are the highlights of this house. The bathrooms are very small and out dated and the wall texture is quite odd but if you can overlook this (which we did!) this place is a great family home for a vacation.
