Ideal Location!! Steps to the ocean (4 houses down), Seabright beach (2 blocks) and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Soak up the California sun at this beautiful, completely remodeled beach house. From the moment you arrive you'll feel like you're on vacation at the beach.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 7 adults
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 reserved parking space (this is strictly enforced, as the parking area is shared with other units). There is parking on the street, but keep in mind an open spot is hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Back deck with outdoor furniture

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Seabright Beach (5 min walk)
- Santa Cruz Main Beach & Boardwalk (15 min walk)
- Whole Foods, Safeway, etc. (5 min drive)
- Seabright Deli, Tramonti, Linda's Seabreeze (5 min walk)
- Santa Cruz Harbor (5 min drive)
- The Mystery Spot (10 min drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (~1 hr drive)
Other Things to Note:
-We can only accommodate one car on the property (Strictly enforced!) any other cars can easily find free street parking.
-There are 3 total properties on this lot and guests will share the driveway and parking area with the homeowner as well as other guests.
-The patio area in front of this home belongs to the neighbors and is not available for guest use
-The twin room is intended for small children when 3 people are staying in this room & using the trundle bed. Please be aware it is a tight squeeze when all 3 beds are used (trundle is pulled out).
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

To help ensure a safe and secure experience for our guests and homeowners, the primary guest is required to complete identity verification and sign O'Neal Vacation Rentals' Vacation Rental Agreement after booking confirmation. The property is lovely and comfortable for our family of three adults and two kids. Plenty of space for us to relax and actually very quiet even being near a beach. Speaking of, the location is easily walkable to the Boardwalk, Seabright Beach, the Harbor and plenty of cafes. Perfect stay.

Great location, very responsive hosts, plenty of street parking we had multiple cars and no issues at all. Plenty of beds to sleep comfortable. Amazing experience would definitely book this home again!

I think we probably just came on a busy week and so a couple things fell through the cracks. That said at this price point it was hard to except. There is one roll of toilet paper for seven people, six of which were girls. We were never able to get more toilet paper. Internet was spotty in the movie. We were really enjoying turned off in the middle so we decided to go to bed. Laura was still wet when we arrived cause they had just finished mopping so it kind of made foot marks throughout the house. Lastly, there was no sponges in the sink so no way to wash our dishes. We love the fun layout of the house and his location was top notch. We had a blast. I think it was just a fluke.
