It was an okay stay but since I was not placed at my selected location, I feel it was not value for money
I booked a stay at Legacy lodge, but when I arrived there was no one available to open the gate for us. I then had to contact the property multiple times until they finally admitted legacy lodge was overbooked. Luckily we were able to arrange alternative accommodation with the property owner but this was not as nice as the legacy lodge booking I made. I accepted this solution as I was not willing to risk investing more time and effort into looking elsewhere, but I must say that the lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. At some point I felt that my entire stay may not have been possible despite confirming a booking successfully on the app.
