Forest Home Accommodation

This time we got the room with the private balcony on the top floor and the kitchen entry to our room. It felt like an apartment just for us. We definitely will continue to go back, and become regulars provided we always get the same private room with private balcony.

staff took too long to open the gate on arrival. there has to be a system in place to call on the staff when they are needed. We shouldn't have to phone all the time, or call out to them. there should be a bell that will alert them when something is needed or an intercom to their room.

it's a very good location. peaceful, clean.

too much furniture in the room. the bed sheet was a bit dirty and a little stained. bedding should be washed and sanitized after every booking. the room should have a microwave, a kettle, and cups, then it will be perfect.

The room was clean and the bed was hard but comfortable. Sharon was excellent and very helpful as was the guy at reception.

The room I booked online said free toiletries, private bathroom, electric kettle, city views. I was shown an amazing room inside with all of the above then moved into room 3 with none of the above. There was no tea, coffee sugar or milk in the kitchen upstairs. My wifi didnt work the whole day on Saturday so couldn't use the tv at all. The room and bathroom need some hooks to hang towels etc and the bathroom needs a mirror.
