I like cleaniness and warm service i received from a lady that was there. No noise and feeling safe.
1.I wish you can have carpets or rugs around the bed. Tiles can be too cold for some customers.
Carpet in a room plays a big role to decide to book or not.
However, i was helped with a very small carpet.
2. Wish you may build small ramps on the entrance to rooms for customers on crutches like me or wheelchair.
3. The matress for the bed in the room i hired is tired. Needs change.

Neat, Clean and Hygienic
I did not like the absence of a ramp for persons with disabilities. I was using 2 crutches. And disabled people do not like being carried or helped. Please create a reasonably accomodative environment for disabled.

no breakfast, location ok, we had a hired car
to get off my vehicle and punch in the code to open the gate,absolutely dangerious also the basin in the bath is too small
that water spills all over the bathroom when u brushing or washing yr face
