I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything felt cozy and pleasant. I also really enjoyed the breakfast there was a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty.
There was nothing major that I didn’t like. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the OLD WELL hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, blending modern comfort with a cozy vibe that is perfectly suited for a retreat in Tsaghkadzor. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the visit was perfect. The location is also fantastic, providing a peaceful environment while still being accessible to everything the town has to offer. I highly recommend OLD WELL to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning!

Очень понравилась атмосфера, чистота и отношение персонала. Уютные номера, красивое место и комфортный отдых. Это уже мой второй визит сюда, и снова всё было на высоком уровне.
Серьёзных минусов не заметил, всё прошло отлично.

Очень уютный и атмосферный отель в Цахкадзоре.
Чистые номера, приятный персонал и спокойная атмосфера для отдыха. Понравились бильярд и PlayStation, всё сделано для комфортного времяпровождения. Обязательно приедем ещё!
