Very friendly and helpful personal!!! Hotel personal helped me a lot. Very delicious food

The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area. There’s a nice little playground for kids and a beautiful garden where guests can sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. When we woke up to the first snow gently falling, the view was absolutely perfect and felt magical.

Very clean rooms, clean in the truest sense of the word, the amenities are very good, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, we go there very often to relax and every time we are convinced that we have made the right choice. There are peacocks in the yard and they have interesting sounds. In short, everything is excellent and we will definitely visit again as regular customers.Pleasant service with a friendly welcome.

Breakfast was moderate, it could be better The portions were not enough for a 2-hour breakfast, the dishes were not updated properly What refers to location, it was nice and away from city dust and noise as they were repairing the streets and pavements in the center of the city

The photos and reality differed It was mentioned to be a room with balcony and a king-bed, but there was no balcony and there were 2 twin-beds Check in was later than expected, we had to wait for 30 an hour, although I had mentioned that we needed to check-in at 14:00 and my request had been confirmed
