If you are looking for a hidden gem of location, mixing clean classy seclusion with welcoming & attentive owners, within 2 corner-turns from the Yerevan heartbeat and a stroll to 2 different parks, and a refreshing terrace view to return for replenishing night's rest - the place has it ! Supermarket 24/7, central cinema, shopping, dining, art and souvenire vernisage, are all from 5 to 20 minute walk away. The hotel has variety of rooms, including family type, which made it easy for our friends to join us, during the stay. Owners where very helpfull and when asked given recommendations to dining, art and music scene, and tour recommendations for a trip to Dilijan and lake Sevan, which we very much enjoyed. The hotel is new and recently renovated with fresh and squeaky clean rooms, and with interiors elegantly decored with contemporary art from owner's private collection, spaced out with live natural plants and super fresh flowers! Seemed one of the of the owners is keeping up to date on trends with an established taste. Room was spacious, tastfully decorated clean & private bathroom, quiet and peaceful, contrasting lighting, natural plants. A compact kitchen featured tea, coffee, fridge and a little balcony, everything necessary for a relaxed start of the day after a bustling day. Bathrooms were cleaned every morning. Hair dryer was also provided when asked at the reception. Initially the location is unobvious to taxi drivers and locals, tucked away from pedestrian area, which was a bonus for our experience. Will happily re-visit this summer!

Very proactive and friendly reception person. Allowed us an early check-in as the room was available. Useful to have the basic kitchen for using the microwave, wine glasses, plates for take away food etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean and quiet. Huge room.

The hotel is difficult to find as the main entrance is actually around the corner on a different street (Mher Mkrtchyan Street) and down a driveway.
