Окно во всю стену, занавеска, не блэкаут, на 2/3 окна. Очень поздний завтрак, 9:00 11:00.

Местоположение в самом центре Еревана. Лучше не найдешь. В нескольких шагах от Северного проспекта и Площади Республики. Гостеприимные хозяева, всегда помогут, подскажут, угостят кофе. Можно оставить автомобиль на парковке (в центре Еревана найти парковку - огромная проблема).
Бюджетные и эконом номера конечно оставляют желать лучшего. Малюсенькие и без окон. Только чтобы поспать и было где оставить вещи, находиться в номерах совсем некомфортно.

There is a 24 hr reception. not a hotel-chain but possibly a family run business?. 5 guest rooms. Breakfast available , location is good & within walking distance of main attractions. . Good air - conditioning and wi-fi, Security seems good and staff friendly enough with some English spoken by the guys that work there. Water and tea/coffee always available.
They don't take card so please bear this in mind , especially if you cannot get currency in advance. Room ok , mine was windowless ,some minor repairs need attention. Some noise from corridor/adjoining rooms so worth taking ear plugs. Building is part of a larger complex of flats , can be tricky to find at first. Breakfast ok but would be nice to have some hot food . Fine for a few nights
