Location is very good. Right at the centre and a walking distance to most of attractions. Don't expect too much. If you go out all day and take it only as overnight stays, it will be the best option in Yerevan. Rooms are spacious. It is actually a small apartment.
No trash bins and we asked for one but they were giving us plastic bags to toss the trash in. You have to ask for cleaning as they won't clean the room unless you leave the keys.

A very nice family-friendly hotel in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious—we were comfortably accommodated as a group of six—and it has a large terrace. Despite its central location, it is very quiet, and we had an excellent rest. I highly recommend it!
One small improvement could be adding a frying pan in the kitchen and providing towels according to the number of guests.
