Manand Hotel

Excellent location and very comfortable room. The room was also very clean.

The bathroom was not great. There was a water drainage issue in the shower resulting in a small "pond" of water creating each time one takes a shower which took some time to drain. Also the staff were not friendly at all..

The room was spacious and comfortable And we can see Ararat from the balcony - how about that?! But the best thing was that we arrived at 6am and were given a room for a small additional fee, so we can catch up with sleep after red-eye flight and morning walk through Yerevan Hotel is just next to Kondo district and plenty of shops / food places hundred meters away (don't miss fruit shopping at the corner of Paronyan street, just after bakery)

The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. Republic Square is only about a 15-minute walk away, and many of the city's best restaurants are even closer. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, which makes nights peaceful and relaxing. The room fully matched the photos. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant smell. As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a two-room apartment with a balcony for a price that would be considered incredibly low by European standards. I would also like to highlight the flat-screen TV and TV box, which are not always available in hotels of this category and made the stay even more comfortable. Finally, the host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers visiting Yerevan.

Nothing for this price

The location is good, it is close to to city center, easy to reach everything by walk. For one person the room (3rd room on 2nd floor) was big enough, it had a balcony too. The owner is friendly and helpful.

The place is so noisy, there is a heavy traffic, but I could sleep well at night. Walls are dirty, furniture is so old, it was poorly equipped, the whole room is so worn out. The bathroom was the same, there was not even a shower curtain, so after taking shower everything is wet and slippery. There are broken tiles, lamp out of it's place, old mattress. These are the things I noticed. This place is good for one night, especially if you don't have high expectations. Issues can be easily solved with a little maintenance, like painting the walls or putting the lamp back to it's place. Maybe the ratings and feedbacks on Booking will help them to realize the problems in their hotel and they will do something.
