A house with the best view on Sevan you can ever imagine. You really can spend all the time at the balcony and never see the rest. The sun rises and falls and you just sit there and drink your wine/beer/abricon.
The house is a little overfurnished and maybe just too big. But if you are a big company it'll be fun!

The house is amazing, the view just as in the picture can't be better and we had a wonderful welcome and treatment from Anush.
State of the road to reach the house is not the best (last km), but obviously this is not Cross Sevan Villa's owner responsibility.
