Location perfect, view amazing, amenities very nice and easy to rich , scooters , kids playground, a lot of things to do and have fun

food can be better , but not bad , and room can be cleaner, room service can be better too

Accommodation in a beautiful location with an incredible view. The food was good, but not exceptional. The staff were helpful.

The resort has amazing views!! Extremely beautiful views of the lake and mountains very relaxing. Cottage is also on the lake but views of the lake are limited. Cottage was a good and comfortable size. White fluffy dog was also the sweetest and friendliest would accompany us around the property

Cottage finishes and furniture are very dated. Buffet food was alright didnt have a lot of options. Swimming pool water didnt look very clean

The spectacular views and excellent location.

The house we rented had a fabulous location, beautiful views and a nice design, including a small kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen was completely unequipped apart from two glasses. There were no plates, no cutlery, no pots, and all the cupboards were empty. There was a fireplace but no wood, and a TV but no remote, which was also not provided when requested. The cold food in the restaurant was okay, but the warm food was very disappointing. The staff was only partially friendly. Overall, the price was far too high for the quality offered. The views and the location are truly spectacular, but unfortunately this felt like a missed opportunity to make the stay genuinely great.
