The location and the open terrace. Staff was good, especially Lucy.

Kitchen was closed except for breakfast. Breakfast was just some eggs and vegetables with a bread.

Nice hotel near the river with lovely breakfast!

Very polite staff, doing absolutely everything to make sure the guests are feeling well. The location next to the river is wonderful. The room was very large and comfortable.

Matresses were a little rough, I think a matress cover would be a great addition. Music in the breakfast area did not match the vibe of an ethnic eco-oriented hotel.

The hotel is very stylish with a pleasant atmosphere. It is located slightly outside Dilijan but it’s not a problem if you came by car; in rooms facing the river, it is wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of water. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a clean, modern bathroom, comfy mattress. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very sweet, helpful, and polite brunette manager. The breakfast was quite varied (fresh vegetables, greens, local cheeses, stewed beans, dairy, cereal, and gata)

1. The breakfast was lacked heartier options and a coffee machine. There were only hard-boiled eggs available, no fried eggs or scrambled eggs. My husband didn’t feel full, so we had to ask the restaurant to make fried eggs for us — and they made it There was no coffee in the common area either; the manager offered Turkish coffee, but we prefer Americano or cappuccino. When we asked if there was a coffee machine, she said no, but after guests from Saudi Arabia persistently demanded cappuccino, a machine suddenly appeared and they started brewing coffee 2. Unfortunately, we had a major conflict with the blonde manager. I explicitly booked a room that was NOT courtyard-view, as the photos showed a forest. However, we were checked into a courtyard room. When I objected, the manager claimed we booked it and said no other rooms were available. After a long discussion, they suddenly "gifted" us an upgraded suite with a forest/river view. The manager repeatedly emphasized how generous this gift was, even though we did not ask for a suite, which differed from the standard only by a balcony bathtub we did not intend to use. Moreover we didn’t need lux room, we only needed the room we booked, but anyway… 3. The next day, we were moved back to a standard courtyard room, which smelled terribly of sewage. The manager claimed it was the last available room, promised to fix the issue, and said she would leave a bottle of wine as a gift (my husband doesn't drink and I am pregnant, but we accepted so as not to offend her). We went out for a walk, and upon returning, the awful smell was still there, and there was no wine.Since no other rooms were available, we requested a refund for the second night. The manager flatly refused, leading to an exhausting argument. She mockingly said, "Where will you go at night? You won’t find anything else in Dilijan!
