Apenas 1 das camas é confortável, o duche não tem Box e devido a isso acaba por vazar muita água para o chão da casa de banho. E existem muitas formigas dentro dos armários do apartamento. O Ar condicionado de um dos quartos deita muito água para o chão de tempos em tempos.
