The location was good, fairly close to the city centre and everything was within walking distance which was perfect. Apartment itself was pretty clean and the rooftop pool was nice however did get quite busy at times.

During our stay, we experienced several significant maintenance issues that had a major impact on our holiday. The most serious issue involved the bathroom door handle, which broke on two separate occasions. The first time, the problem was reported and someone attended relatively quickly to carry out a repair. However, after returning to the property later that day, we discovered that the repair had not actually resolved the issue, and we were once again completely locked out of the bathroom. This was particularly frustrating and inconvenient as we were a family of five, and not only did we lose access to the bathroom facilities, but we were also unable to retrieve personal belongings and other items that were inside. We reported the matter as an emergency and were informed that nobody could attend until the following morning between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. While this was not ideal, we accepted the situation. Unfortunately, the following morning no one arrived within the promised timeframe. We had activities and plans booked for that morning, but because we were waiting for maintenance to arrive, we were forced to cancel them. This caused considerable disruption to our holiday and resulted in a wasted morning for the entire family. To make matters worse, the maintenance team did not arrive until approximately 1:00 p.m., several hours later than we had been advised. By that point, our plans for the day had effectively been ruined. We spent a large portion of our holiday waiting around for an issue that should have been properly resolved the first time. The repeated failure of the door handle and the delays in addressing the problem caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and stress. In addition to the bathroom issue, we also experienced problems with the stove. It would not switch on or generate any heat, making it impossible to cook meals in the accommodation.
