La casa è molto ampia, con due bagni, vicina alla zona dei locali e a mezz'ora dalla Cattedrale. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile a sistemare gli eventuali inconvenienti.
Andrebbe sistemato qualcosina, ante della cucina, qualche pentola in più nuova e chiuso la finestra che dal patio da direttamente sul garage.

Appartamento pulito ed attrezzato , il parcheggio interno diretto è importante per chi arriva in macchina, e poi la usa per girare.
Per visitare abbiamo dovuto usare sempre la macchina. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma chi pernotta senza auto è un po’ fuori mano.

Groot ruim appartement. Schoon.
Communicatie met beheerder goed.
Ligging binnen de oude stadsmuur en op loopafstand van het centrum.
Parkeerplaats in parkeergarage die met een deur uitkomt op de binnenplaats.
Supermarkt Dia op 50 meter.
Leuke tapas barretjes op loopafstand.
Koffie, fles wijn, douchegel en shampoo aanwezig.
Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding.
Voor een paar nachten prima voor stedentrip.
Achterstallig onderhoud. (Pleisterwerk dat losliet, reling vide los, spiltrap met hek los, handdoek haak badkamer boven los, keukendeurtjes bol van vocht, badkamerdeur bol van vocht, deurplinten slaapkamer los).
Bedden vide ingelegen. Bed slaapkamer was goed.
Bijzonder was dat je een sleutel bij de hoofdingang van het complex nodig had om het pand te verlaten. In geval van nood is dit niet wenselijk.
Er was in beide badkamers geen afzuiging aanwezig.

Accès direct du parking à l'appartement.

"It is possible to enter the apartment directly from the garage, which is cool. There is a lot of space inside and it is nicely decorated. At night it is quiet and dark."
